Sets the new IRR of R.A. No. 8200, and pertains only to the provisions of this Act; includes the operations and management of Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital and the implementation of the Act. Repeals the IRR first issued by the DOH as A.O. No. 2015-0041 on September 15, 2015.
