Implementing Guidelines on the Philippine Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Program for Primary Care Facilities

Applies to all primary care facilities (PCF) in the Philippines, defines the overall framework and strategic directions implement the AMS in PCFs - promote rational, optimal antimicrobial therapy; effect positive behavior and institutional changes; establish leadership, commitment, clinical governance and accountability. Includes sample policy on creation of an AMS Committee, organizational structure for the committee, list of references for guidelines, policies and clinical pathways, self-assessment tool for the PCF, among others.
