Amended provisions on General Policies, Expansion of Services, and Equipment to reflect hospital's development towards 200-bed general hospital with tertiary care capability; includes new provision on retention and use of income. All other provisions of A.O. No. 2019-0015 dated June 25, 2019 not affected by this amendment remain in effect.
