The Link Controller feature allows you to create a connection between specific devices (e.g. headsets) and videos from your channels. This link enables the Web Controller interface to automatically access and control the linked videos in device.
The Web Controller is a powerful tool within the VR4Life platform that allows remote control and supervision of users in a virtual environment.
Designed primarily for professionals in architecture, design, and engineering, the controller enables real-time navigation assistance, camera orientation, and movement adjustments for users wearing a VR headset.
This feature is essential when guiding clients through complex 3D environments or ensuring they are experiencing the scene from the ideal point of view—without requiring the user to be tech-savvy.
Whether you're conducting a virtual tour, troubleshooting a navigation issue, or showcasing specific design details, the VR Controller ensures full control, precision, and seamless communication between the presenter and the VR user.
On the VR4Life web dashboard, go to the "Link Controller" section in the sidebar.
Click "Create New Link".
Add a Link Name to identify this connection (e.g. Showroom Cam 01, Bloco A Sala 2, etc.)
