In this chapter I explain how to sort, built and finally connect the packs. One day you have enough cells to start building the packs. Make sure you order the parts you need in advance. Split some orders like the 18650 4x5 holders to avoid import duty. In an ideal world you already tought about the approch....24V or 48V. Will you go for soldering or welding. For larger professional looking packs, I really advice to invest some money in a spotwelder. This will make life easier and healthier.
