TO REPORT UNDERAGE DRINKING

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office offers an anonymous tip line for anyone who suspects a party is going on involving underage drinking or drugs. Please provide the address of the party, as well as the time and date. Police will investigate the situation. Callers are not required to give their names. Information is kept confidential.
Please be advised that residents are not authorized to call the Association’s towing contractor, Dorsey’s Towing, to remove any non-owned vehicle on Association property (parking spaces, common ground, etc.). Please contact a member of the Board of Directors who will investigate the issue and tow the vehicle if necessary. If another vehicle is parked in your designated space, first try to determine the owner of the vehicle before calling a BOD member. Any vehicle parked along the yellow curbs, in the roadway, behind a park vehicle, on common ground, or in a fire lane, will be towed without advance warning.
Please do not park trailers, boats, or boat cradles in your designated parking space.
Only cars, approved trucks, and motorcycles are allowed in these parking spaces.
