TO REPORT UNDERAGE DRINKING

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office offers an anonymous tip line for anyone who suspects a party is going on involving underage drinking or drugs. Please provide the address of the party, as well as the time and date. Police will investigate the situation. Callers are not required to give their names. Information is kept confidential.

Please be advised that residents are not authorized to call the Association’s towing contractor, Dorsey’s Towing, to remove any non-owned vehicle on Association property (parking spaces, common ground, etc.). Please contact a member of the Board of Directors who will investigate the issue and tow the vehicle if necessary. If another vehicle is parked in your designated space, first try to determine the owner of the vehicle before calling a BOD member. Any vehicle parked along the yellow curbs, in the roadway, behind a park vehicle, on common ground, or in a fire lane, will be towed without advance warning.

Please do not park trailers, boats, or boat cradles in your designated parking space.

Only cars, approved trucks, and motorcycles are allowed in these parking spaces.

Frederick County Animal Control

Examples of when to call Animal Control:

• Dog or cat running loose

• Aggressive animal that is a threat to persons or other animals

• Repeated or objectionable noise, barking, or living conditions 

Please Note! All Frederick County Roads are designated snow emergency routes.  

Please park vehicles in driveways and not on the roadway or in cul-de-sacs.

For roads adjacent to the single family homes:  

• Call the Frederick County Office of Highway Operations, 301-600-1564 (after hours: 301-600-1603).

For issues with cluster mailboxes:

• Call the Walkersville Post Office with any issues at 301-845-8342.

To report mail theft:

• Call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service:  1-800-275-8777.

• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the DHOA Office: 301-845-2050.

COMMON AREAS 

• Landscaping and mowing MC Lawn Care

• Call the DHOA Office 301-845-2050 with any service issues.

STREET LIGHTS

• Discovery rents streetlights from the power company, Potomac Edison.  

• Contact the DHOA office at 301-845-2050 with the location of the street light, the specific issue, and the pole number that is found on the plate attached to the light pole.
