3D Carbon Capture Design

We drew inspiration from carbon converison devices and incorporated our own innovative design and components for this 3D crabon capture device. This device includes a fan which will catalyze the instake of greenhouse gasses in the air. Then, it will go through several mesh layers to trap debris and other harmful gases. The remaining air finally will flow out through a funnel. 

Rocksim

We had to create a 3 stage rocket that was stable and deployed a parachute as it was going down. This was a simulation of what our real rocket could do if we weren't limited to 1 stage.

Straw Rocket

This rocket is made of paper as the body and index cards as the fins. It is launched through the air of a straw. 

Stomp Rocket

This rocket is made from wrapping a piece of paper around a PVC pipe while again using index cards as the fins. The rocket is then attached to a bottle filled with air and once stomped on, launches the rocket. 

Glider Plane

This plane is made through sanded foam with a nail at the front to force the center of gravity in the middle and allow the plane to fly.

Remote Controlled Drone

We started with programming the drone to allow us to control it with the remote control before moving towards the autonomous version.
