The U.LA.T. (Ugnayang Lokalidad At Tanggapan) ng DILG PANGASINAN radio program is a key initiative of DILG Pangasinan Provincial Office aimed at informing the public about the various programs, projects, and activities being implemented by the Department of the lnterior and Local Government (DILG) Pangasinan Provincial Office and togetherwith the MultiSectoralAdvisory Council(MSAC)partners.
