The Pangasinan Local Government Resource Center (LGRC) is a knowledge hub established by the DILG Pangasinan Provincial Office to provide local government units (LGUs) in Pangasinan with access to information, resources, and technical assistance to enhance their capabilities in governance and service delivery.

The LGRC serves the 44 municipalities and 4 cities of Pangasinan, offering a wide range of services including resource materials on local governance, training programs, capacity development activities, technical assistance, knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and research and documentation of best practices.

Through the LGRC, the DILG Pangasinan aims to empower LGUs to become more effective, efficient, and responsive in addressing the needs of their constituents. The center serves as a vital link between the national government and local government units, ensuring that national policies and programs are effectively implemented at the local level.
