the Sound In The Darkness

You decide to take the right path and investigate the sound. As you move deeper into the tunnel, the sound becomes louder and louder. Eventually, you come across a large, dark chamber. The sound is coming from the center of the chamber, and you can see a faint light coming from the other side.

As you approach the light, you realize that it is coming from a portal. The portal appears to be a gateway to safety and freedom, but as you step through it, you find yourself in a completely different place. It's near the top of the hole. You realize that it was a trick, and you have been misled.
