Declining The Prime minister's Offer

You decline the Prime Minister's offer and continue on your journey. You begin to explore the city on your own, gathering information and observing the daily lives of the citizens.

As you wander the city, you come across a group of rebels who are fighting against the government. They tell you that the city is not as perfect as it seems, and that the government is hiding the truth from the citizens. They offer to help you gather information and to aid you in your quest.

Do you join the rebels and fight against the government, or do you continue on your own and keep your distance from the rebellion?
