Dice Rolling Freaks!
FREE-TO-PLAY ADVENTURE GAME
The instant after a Monster is defeated, a Character with at least 3 Armour Dice may create a Power Item.
Only one Character in the Group may do this after a Monster's Defeat.
TO CREATE A POWER ITEM:
1. The Character must 'sacrifice' at least one of their Armour dice to form the base of the Power Item.
2. The number of Armour dice used in the base = the strength of the Power Item. These dice must be stacked like a tower and are NOT considered usable Character Dice anymore.
3. Additionally, the Character must 'sacrifice' one other die (of any type available) to place on top of the tower. This final die indicates the type of Power Item it is. (the chosen type could even be another Armour)
EX: Jane currently has 5 Character Dice: 1 Key, 1 Spirit and 3 Armour.
After a Monster Defeat, she decides to sacrifice 2 of the Armour Dice to form the base of a Power Item, then tops it off with the Key Die.
This results in a Power Key of Strength 2. (Her Character Dice are now only 1 Spirit and 1 Armour)
If a Character dies, their Power Item(s) must pass to other Character(s) if any exist.
Power Items are NOT Character Dice and cannot be affected by Monster Attacks that affect Character Dice.
Once created, a Power Item may not be changed or upgraded.
Characters may eventually own multiple Power Items, even multiples of the same type.
TO USE A POWER ITEM:
Power Items give permanent bonuses equal to their strength to the results of a Character's Die roll of that same type.
EX: Whenever Jane rolls a Key Die, her Power Key will always add + 2 to the die result.
A Power Item only adds its bonus to one die, even if many are rolled of the same type
