At DFI, we were founded by two passionate individuals who have united in their mission to share their deep love for fitness, nutrition, and adventure with the world. We are committed to leveraging our formal education in science, along with decades of experience (with both successes and failures) competing in diverse amateur sports, to empower others to overcome obstacles that hinder them from squeezing every drop of life out of each day in the healthiest and most entertaining way possible.
