This app is used by the DFI client to understand what they eat on a daily basis. The coaches of DFI have access to the client's food log for real-time feedback and communications between the team. The free version of the app is the tracking tool and we use it in a way that does not require the client to do any double entry macro tracking like some other coaches may require.
This app is on your phone and the DFI Coaches are right on the other end planning your exercises with you, to fit your life priorities and fitness goals. When you complete your workout we see it right away and get to cheer you on improving your health.
A virtual meeting or recorded video is scheduled each week. During this process the DFI Coaches review the individually tailored nutrition & activity goals. Based on progress against the weekly targets and the longer term goals the weekly focus will be shifted to best support the client's success.
The coaches will routinely facilitate live workshops or recorded content to enable the client to gain important knowledge to apply towards achieving their goals. Periodic challenges will leverage the power of other clients and social media followers to learn from and support each other as we continue to challenge ourselves to be at our best.
