Description: Small group workshops with a Devil H2F Registered Dietitian covering nutrition fundamentals and behaviors that support natural fat metabolism and sustainable fat loss, while preserving muscle mass and optimizing hydration. Features structured goal-setting, a holistic intake screen, and other H2F lessons.

Grocery Shopping/Meal Planning

Key Topics include meal planning and prepping, grocery shopping, and cooking basics.
Track Your Food

Key Topics include techniques to monitor or track food intake, determine nutrient needs, and use food tracking software in phone apps or online.
Anti-Inflammatory/ Injury Recovery

Description: An introduction to eating behavior and nutrients critical for injury recovery and reducing inflammation and pain.

Description: Introduction to performance nutrition covering fueling, hydration, and recovery. When offered by request, content is tailored to upcoming physical challenges including ruck marches, range days, field training, etc.

Description: Guide to choosing safe and effective dietary supplements for optimal heath and performance.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Individual (1-v-1) Nutrition Consults
Location: Devil Dome, 1BCT HHC COF
Best candidates to work individually with a Performance Dietitian:
Specific and measurable performance goal (i.e. training for school or competition with clear timeline)
Completed Devil Nutrition Fundamentals or foundational nutrition knowledge
Eagerness to learn and make lifestyle changes
Clinical conditions requiring specific nutrition recommendations
Referrals can be received from Brigade Providers, H2F Providers, Company Command Teams, H2F Certified Leaders, and through Nutrition Surveillance or H2F Walk-In Screening

InBody770

Four slots available per session
Description: Body Composition Analysis using InBody770. Results include body fat percentage, pounds of lean body mass and muscle mass, and segmental lean analysis.
Uniform is APFU (short and short-sleeved t-shirt)
