Individual train-ups and interdisciplinary resources to prepare a Paratrooper for a specific selection, school, or competition, or other functional training. Includes movement screens/evaluations, Strength and Conditioning Coach led sessions, and individualized nutrition and cognitive performance sessions. Read more here.
