Matthew 12:38
God Crossing our Paths

Deuteronomy 18:15

John 14:16-17
God Gives us the Holy Spirit
16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever-- 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
Romans 1:20
God Has Invisible Qualities
20 For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
I believe that God crosses our path at different times throughout our lives...Many times we hesitate (when He crosses our path), and we think how or why did that happen...Maybe it was a prayer or a thought that got an answer that seemed to appear maybe out of nowhere...Maybe it was just a feeling one had and you feel something in your heart, it is something I must do or pursue...God is often so gentle with us, we might miss this most gentleness of His touch...And other times He might take us and shake us...We might have something more major happen...He wants our attention...So I think, He intervenes however He sees fit...Either very, very gently, sometimes a medium-type touch, and sometimes He gives us the loud megaphone approach...But in all the times that He does cross our path, we can either believe that it was Him, or we can move on and think we did that ourselves, or this just happened to me for no reason...He gives us a choice to see, His miracles and His signs as coming from Him...Or we can just believe that it was a part of life and nothing more...And I also believe, that we feel and somehow sense this Holy touch with the Holy Spirit that He sent us and that is in us that Jesus talks about...But the Holy Spirit does not come out and say wake up -that was the Presence of God you just felt...So we can miss these Holy glimpses of Him, if are we are not firmly rooted in Him and His Son...Let, us do our best not to miss these invisible qualities of God...
And even when we have studied and studied about Him and think we are firmly rooted in faith and believe in Him, we can miss good things -even the Greatest Of Things...God can be so subtle that we might miss a miracle...He is Divine, Sacred, and Holy and can do such things...
The Pharisees were men who had studied the Bible...The teachers of the law, also were very astute in the Law of Moses...The teachers of the law were called teachers of the law because they knew the Laws of Moses...The Pharisees also knew Moses Law...It was an honor to be a Pharisee among the Jews, who were noted and pointed out to be a teachers of the law...They knew their Scripture...They were Scholars of the Bible...It was just an honor to know, be able to study and read (because everyone could not read at the time -literacy was only for a chosen few during Jesus' time) what Moses had written...They would have known what Moses had written -and he had written about a Great Prophet to come...And they were supposed to listen and believe in Him...
Yet, even though we study, see things and feel things, we can still miss things...The Pharisees and teachers of the law no doubt had heard an read that there would be a Child born of a virgin and His name would be Immanuel (Isaiah 7:14)...I would think that they would have heard that the lineage of King David would live forever (2 Samuel 7:16)...They would have read that this Child would be born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:1-2)...They would no doubt know that the One who fulfilled the many Old Testament prophecies, would claim to know something, and maybe much about His Father...They would especially know what Moses had written...Someone was coming at sometime...
If they believed what Moses had written, they would know that God was the One who raised Him up, and sent Him to them...They would know being from God He would be able to do very great things -maybe even miracles...He would speak about God, and be centered on God, because it was God who had sent Him...But the Pharisees and teachers of the law were the ones who were the opposition to a Great Prophet...After their great learning they could not see Him...They would have either seen His great miracles and signs, or at least heard about Him, because they were often following Him around....He said words that are still around two thousand years later, and people are still talking about Him -even today...And these mighty words He spoke and miracles will never pass...They will always be with us...The Pharisees and teachers of the law could not see the miracle of Jesus...They could say that Jesus was the One that Moses and the prophets had written about, and some were eyewitnesses to Him...
When we see miracles or feel miracles happen in our lives -which are that gentle touch of God...Let us stop and reflect...Let us not rush through what happened when something happens that we feel is mystic...God has these divine invisible qualities and ways...When these times happen, let us pray that we recognize them...Let us hold on to them, cherish them and learn from them...He maybe pushing us in a new direction...He may want us to recognize something...He may want us to learn from this gentle nudge...He is Love and we are His children...Let us listen to these things and do our best to be attuned to these things...
