This was a continuation of the performance system analysis project with our client, FSU Office of Financial Aid (OFA). based on the findings of the gap and cause analysis, our team will identify interventions to address the identified performance problem that are feasible for the OFA. We abided to the intervention selection process and presented the potential interventions to our client for their adoption.
