This was the final evaluation management plan that my team was required to complete at the end of the course where we are expected to analyze a training system and develop a training evaluation plan by proposing appropriate approaches. Finally, the evaluation plan part 4 is a synthesis of our activities into an evaluation proposal as our final class project. As majority of us in the team are from military, we have decided to evaluate the transport operator training program.

This report is our final project that was submitted to our instructor.
