For this course, it focuses on the management skills required to manage instructional-related projects and in this case, I have selected a project that is based on the context of a platform replacement and hence, a requirement for the trainers to be re-train to perform their role. The assignment consists of deployment strategy, data collection methods, and evaluation rubrics as part of the project management process.
