A desire to expand my knowledge and a passion to improve learning and performance in my organization through developing effective and relevant systems, motivated me to pursue a Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies (ISLT).

I believe that my educational background and my current profession has instilled in me the qualities to appreciate and do well as an instructional designer. I bring along with me a strong foundation in Psychology, unique but relevant work experience that equipped me with a penchant for leadership and teamwork, and last but not least, a zest for learning.

The ISLT program have expanded my repertoire of analysis and management skills, and allowed me to developed updated instructional design competencies required of an effective modern educator. Upon graduation, the knowledge and skills that I have gained will support me to be a valuable member to any team or organization that I join.
