For this project, my partner, Harita Patel, and I researched how technology is used in different parts of the world.
I researched Kenya, while Harita researched South Korea.
We compared how each country uses technology, internet access, and the challenges related to the digital divide.
One interesting fact I learned is that Kenya is often called "Silicon Savannah"
because of its leadership in mobile technology and digital financial services.
South Korea, on the other hand, is known for having one of the fastest
and most reliable internet networks in the world.
Working on this project helped me understand that technology affects countries in different ways depending on their infrastructure, economy, and access to the internet.
I learned that although Kenya and South Korea are very different, both countries rely on technology to improve education, communication, and everyday life.
Harita and I collaborated by sharing our research, comparing our findings, and combining our work into a single PowerPoint presentation.
This project also improved my research, communication, and digital literacy skills while showing me the importance of understanding technology from a global perspective.
