Northwestern McGaw Family Medicine Residency Program at Delnor is based in Geneva, IL. Kane County serves the tri-city area in the western suburbs of Chicago, that includes Geneva, St. Charles, and Batavia. With its location along the scenic Fox River, Geneva benefits from a beautiful backdrop for its charming shopping district, year round festivals and a myriad of recreational opportunities. In addition, Geneva includes 50 parks and is spread over 700 acres, including 25 miles of bike trails along portions of the Fox River Trail.

Downtown Geneva offers easy access to Downtown Chicago. Geneva, Elgin and Aurora are stops on the Metra train from Chicago. Bicycles can be carried onto the train outside of rush hours.
