Ingredients:
Potato Stuffing -
- 5 boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of red chilli flakes
- 1/2 a teaspoon of chat masala
- 1/2 a teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1/2 a teaspoon of garam masala
- 2 green chilli's (chopped)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
- Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1/2 a cup (200 grams) or paneer
Samosa Dough -
- 1/3 cup of oil
- Water (as needed)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain) --- optional

Ingredients:
Mango and Banana Ice cream -
4 cups of mango (roughly four mangos)
1 cup of coconut cream
2 to 3 bananas

Strawberry and Banana Ice cream -
1 pound of strawberries (roughly 25 strawberries)
1 cup of coconut cream
2 to 3 bananas
OPTIONAL -- 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar.

Blender or food processer
Freeze-safe container
Steps:
Cut your bananas into banana slices.
Freeze you banana slices overnight, or until they are frozen.
To make the banana and mango ice cream, blend the mangoes, bananas and one cup of coconut cream together.
Pour this mixture in a freeze safe container.
To make the banana and strawberry ice cream, blend the strawberries, bananas and one cup of coconut cream together. You can also add in some sugar (optional).

Materials:
Pan
Strainer spatula
Steps:
Remove the crust off the bread.
Soak the bread in water.
Squeeze out the excess water.
Add the potato stuffing to the centre of the bread.
Close all of the edges to the centre of the bread, forming a oval like sphere.
When your oil is heated, put the bread roll in the oil.
Using a strainer spatula, monitor your bread rolls.
When the bread rolls turn into a medium brown colour, take the bread roll out of the oil.
Serve warm with ketchup or top it with cilantro (optional).

Ingredients:
- Marshmallows (3 cups)
- Rice Krispy cereal (6 cups)
- Butter (4 tablespoons or 1/4 of a cup of butter)
Materials:
Pan
Parchment paper
Steps:
Microwave the butter for 30 seconds (until it is melted).
Coat the marshmallows in the butter.
Melt the marshmallows (it took me 40 seconds to melt).
Mix the rice krispy cereal, into the butter and marshmallow mixture.
Grease your pan, or line it with parchment paper. If you do not have a pan, mold the rice krispy mixture in parchment paper.
Let your rice krispies air dry, or pput it in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
Your rice kripies are now complete!!

Ingredients:
2 Haldiraam Bhel Puri bags
Coriander (2 finely chopped tablespoons)
Onions (2 and a half tablespoons of finely chopped onions)
1/2 Chaat Masala
1 - 2 pinches of Salt
1 table spoon Lemon juice
1 Tomatoe (chopped)
To elevate the flavours add these sauces:
1 table spoon of Tamarind Chutney
1 table spoon of Chili Cilantro Chutney
1 table spoon of Hot and Spicy Chutney
Steps:
Prepare all ingredients.
Put the Haldiraam Bhel Puri mix into a bowl
Mix the cilantro, tomatoes, coriander and onions into the bowl.
Mix well.
Add the lemon juice, salt and Chaat Masala,
Mix well.
Add the sauces, which are, Tamarind chutney, Chili Cilantro chutney as well as the Hot and Spicy chutney.
Stir well
Serve and enjoy!
