Ingredients:
- Square or round buns (also known as kulche)
- Vegetable oil
- 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes (cut into pieces)
- Boiled chickpea (5 cups or 2 cans)
- 1 cup of cucumbers
- 1/2 a cup of red capsicum bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of onion (optional)
- A few green chillis cut into pieces
- Tamarind chutney (add by taste)
- 1/2 a cup of tomatoes
- 1/2 a cup of green capsicum bell peppers
- 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 a teaspoon of MDH chunky chaat masala
- A few cilantro leaves (chopped)

Ingredients:
- 750 grams of fettuccine
- 300 mL tomato basil Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt (you can add more or less, depending on your taste)
- 225 grams of ricotta cheese

- A handful of cashews and almonds (soaked in water overnight to take the skin off the almonds)

- 450 grams of spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups of red cabbage (finely chopped into thin strips)

- 1 teaspoon of homemade masala (made from ground cumin seeds, coriander, cloves, black salt, mint leaves, and salt)

- 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder (optional)
- 1/2 a cup of finely chopped spinach (I used baby spinach, but you can use regular spinach as well)
- 1/2 a cup of finely chopped methi leaves (Fenugreek leaves)

Ingredients:
- 3 and a half cups of pasta
- 2 basil leaves (chopped)
- Half a cup of tomatoes (chopped)
- Half a cup of yellow bell peppers (chopped)
- Half a cup of red bell peppers (chopped)
- Half a cup of green bell peppers (chopped)
- Half a cup of cucumbers (chopped)
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- Vegan mayonnaise (to taste)
Steps:
Boil your pasta until it is tender.
Rinse your pasta once it is tender. This will help the pasta not stick together.
Finely cut all your vegetables.
In a large bowl, toss your vegetables and pasta together.
Once your pasta and vegetables are mixed well, add in your salt and black pepper.
Finally add your vegan mayonnaise. Mix well.

Ingredients:
- Mustard oil
- 4 cups of pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons of jaggery chunks
- Seven to eight methi seeds
- One-eighth of a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
- 1 Tej Patta
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of hing
- 2 red chillis broken into halves
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- ~3/4 teaspoon of salt
- Water
Steps:
Put some mustard oil in a non-stick pan.
Once the oil is heated, add all the ingredients except the water, tamarind paste and jaggery.
Cover the pan.
Let it steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add in the tamarind paste.
Add in the water, depending on how watery you like your dish.
Let the pumpkin ambal boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Crush the jaggery into a powder form.
Add the jaggery into the pumpkin ambal.
Boil for one more minute.
Your pumpkin ambal is now done!! Serve fresh and warm. To save for later use, store the pumpkin ambal in an air tight container.

- Water (depending on how thick you want your batter)
Steps:
Mix the batter and water together.
Get a small bowl.
Heat your pan.
Put oil in the pan, and then wipe it off using a paper towel.
Increase the heat of your pan a little bit.
Using the small bowl, pour the dosa batter onto the pan.
When the sides start looking crispy, add the masala dosa filling to the center of the dosa.
Take the sides parallel to the dosa, and pull it over to wrap the stuffing.
Your dosa is now complete.
TIP: Eat or serve when it is still hot to receive best results.

Materials:
Pan
Strainer spatula
Steps:
Remove the crust off the bread.
Apply water to the bread (excluding the center).
Add the potato stuffing to the centre of the bread.
Close all of the edges to the centre of the bread, forming a oval like sphere.
When your oil is heated, put the bread roll in the oil.
Using a strainer spatula, monitor your bread rolls.
When the bread rolls turn into a medium brown colour, take the bread roll out of the oil.
Serve with ketchup or top it with cilantro (optional).
Serve warm.
