Goals

Professional Goals

I have several goals for myself as a clinician educator. Currently, my goals are to:

• Learn and practice teaching strategies to improve as a clinician teacher in both clinical and nonclinical settings.

• Be a mentor and advisor to graduate and undergraduate medical students.

• Develop "bedside" talks for medical students and residents to improve their learning experience in the outpatient clinic setting.

• Engage in projects with residents to improve patient care and the clinics in which we work.

• Become expert at developing and leading projects in quality improvement and clinical operations.
