    • • Organized a multidisciplinary team and facilitating a half day practice improvement event with the goal to structure previsit huddles to improve patient management and clinic workflow. 

  • “Improving Clinic Efficiency During New Patient Visits.” Roosevelt General Internal Medicine Clinic,  University of Washington, Seattle, WA.   2014-2016.  

    • • Performed a root cause analysis on clinic efficiency and developed a quality improvement project centered on improving efficiency during in new patient visits, conducted surveys of clinic attendings and residents, and redesigned the new patient intake forms.
