Resident Excellence in Teaching Award

I was honored to be awarded the Resident Excellence in Teaching Award as an intern. This award is given to residents devoted to teaching and mentoring medical students. All third and fourth year students were asked to submit nominations of interns and residents whom they considered deserving of a teaching award. Awardees are chosen based upon nominations by students and a careful review of student teaching evaluations by the selection committee.
