As the highest ranking executive in the company, I am responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of Decisions & Co. I also will supervise the organisation's entire activity in compliance with the strategic plans.

I am the senior executive that will be in charge of a company's day-to-day administrative and organisational activities. I also will reports directly to the CEO and is known as the second in command in the chain of command.

As the secretary I will prepare the meeting minutes and, as directed, following up on any decisions taken during the meeting, provides general guidance on organization secretarial issues when necessary.

I will be working with other members of the organisational to determine budgets, marketing objectives, and provide guidance on large projects. I also will be identifying and defining audiences through data analysis and research

As a Media Officer I will be responsible in handling and managing the organisation's official account such as the email and our official website. I also will assist with the production, writing as well as editing the communications materials
