For the second meeting, we were focusing on three main agenda:
1. Listing down names of potential business
2. Finding and stating problems by using BMC and 4Ps analysis
3. Approaching the business that need for consent
The meeting were chaired by the CEO, Amirul Fazly.

1. Lack of promotional activities
2. Attractiveness of the advertisement poster
3. They only have one branch
4. Focusing on one product line

1. Limited revenue streams.
2. Massive key activities.

4. Weak value propositions.
5. Less strategic business area.
6. Weak pricing strategies/activities.
7. Limited in-store promotional activities.
8. Similar range of products as offered by competitors.
Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim
Issues:
1. Only depends on social media such as Facebook and YouTube to advertise their products.
2. Their website only sells Ikhwan Brand, but not other products sold at Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim.
3. Have to compete with Kulim Landmark Central

Issues:
1. Less promotional activities
2. The limited number of workers available
3. Rarely update any information regarding their products on social media
4. Lots of competitors in the area
Arya Seafood Batang Kali
Issues:
1. Lack of proper marketing in the promotional efforts
2. Lack of parking spaces.
3. Lack of promotional activities in social media
Chokolishes Hq Alor Setar
Issues
1. Too many feeds or Instagram story on their business account.
2. Too many agents
3. They focus only on online and do not have any outlet or any physical store.
