IDEA CONFIRMATION/ADJUSTMENT
After we done the market survey, analyse the data, and finalize the idea, we decided to have a meeting with the client and present our idea/solution. At the end of the meeting, the owner of Pasar Raya Ikhwan Kulim agree with our idea regarding the Facebook Ads, Instagram ads and flyers. However, the owner told us that Pasar Raya Ikhwan Kulim does not have any official Instagram account. Thus, he told us to create one for them. The Facebook on the other hand, fortunately he gave us the access to handle their official Facebook page so that we can.
COST-IMPACT ANALYSIS
We are suggesting to Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim to use Facebook and Instagram advertisement to increase the customer engagement in their Facebook and Instagram also to make the brand more recognize by the others.
The positive impact of Cost-Impact Analysis:
With this Facebook and Instagram Advertisement, more customer and larger market share can be reached and targeted.
This solution will solve the problem faced by lack of customer engagement in social media of Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channel.
More likes, views and shares can be gained by viewers or customers visiting the social media

Facebook Advertisment
From the picture above, the cost to boost a Facebook advertisement post is RM4.71 with the results estimated people reached was 2,586 viewing our boosted Facebook Advertisement in a day.
From the picture above, the statistics shows that 270 men with 95% is more viewing our Facebook advertisment than 20 women with 7% in a day. The age between 25 until 34 is viewing more our Facebook Advertisment.
Instagram Advertisment
From the picture above, the cost to boost a Facebook advertisement post is RM4.01 with the results estimated people reached was 4,111 viewing our boosted Instagram Advertisement in a day.
From the picture above, the statistics shows that 2,382 men with 55% is more viewing our Instagram advertisment than 1,893 women with 44% in a day. The age between 18 until 24 is viewing more our Instagram Advertisment.
PREPARATION OF PROJECT IDEA IMPLEMENTATION (E-SERVICE LEARNING)
For e-service learning, during the preparation phases, we do the following tasks:
1) Survey the price for Facebook ads and Instagram ads
2) Set up Ads account through Facebook for Business
3) Determine the budget that will be used to set up the ads
Poster that will used for Facebook ads, Facebook post, Instagram ads and Instagram post
Poster that will be distributed physically to Kulim communities
