IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT IDEA SOLUTION (E-SERVICE LEARNING)
For e-service learning, during the implementation phases, we do the following tasks:
1) Create posting on Instagram and Facebook
2) Create Facebook and Instagram Advertisement
3) Distributing Flyers

MONITORING PROGRESS
After the we do the online ads on instagram and facebook, we monitor the progress through the data provided.
According to the data gathered from the Facebook Ads that we run, the advertisement successfully reached 2586 Facebook users. This ads reached 93% of men users and 7% of women users. The highest group of age reaches is between 18-24 years old users.
For instagram ads, the ads we created successfully reached 4111 instagram users. This ads were viewed by 55% of men users and 44% of women users. Users between age of 18-24 were the highest group that this ads reached.
FEEDBACK
The feedback we received from our client are very pleasing. Encik Azral the Head Manager of Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim were very happy with the impact of our e-service learning. He mentioned during our last meeting with him that Pasaraya Ikhwan Kulim performances in recent times is improving despite of the MCO commencement.

TESTIMONIAL
As we have mentioned before, our team is given the permission to handle the Instagram account of Pasar Raya Ikhwan. Thus, we took the opportunities to post some posting. One of them in our poster to promote Pasar Raya Ikhwan. This is example of customers' comments in our latest Instagram posting. All of them give positive comments
POST SURVEY
As for the post survey, the first question is regarding the age. Most of the post-survey is answered by respondent age group of 20 years old to 20 years old and 50 years old and above which is 21 out of 71 respondent respectively. 14 respondents are between 30 years old to 39 years old. 11 respondents are in between 40 to 49 years old. Lastly is the age group of 20 years old and above
From the total 71 respondents, 35 are male respondent whereas the other 36 respondents are female
In this post survey, majority of the respondents are Malay (61 respondents) followed by other race which consists of 6 respondents. The rest of respondents are Chinese and Indian both with 2 respondents
For the fourth question, we ask about whether they have already seen or familiar with our flyers that we created. Most of the respondents which 51 respondents answer yes whereas the other 20 never seen this flyer
For the fifth we ask about respondents' opinion about the flyers. We divided the questions into 5 subcategories:
1) Firstly, we ask about whether the flyers are entertaining in their perspective. Majority of the respondents agree with this statement where 45 of the respondents agree and 12 respondents very agree. Only 1 person disagree with the statement whereas the remaining 13 respondents are neutral
2) Most of the respondents agree with the flyers are effective where 45 respondents agree and 19 respondents very agree with the statement. The remaining 7 respondents are not sure
3) Thirdly, the flyers are interesting. For this statement, majority of respondents also agree which 47 respondents agree whereas 18 respondents very agree. 6 people on the other hand are on the neutral side
4) Majority of the respondents which consists of 46 respondents agree that our flyers have high attractions. 15 respondents very agree with the statement while, 8 of the respondents are not sure. Only 2 respondents disagree with the statement
5) For the fifth statement, 45 respondents which is the majority agree to our flyer are informative. 20 respondents on the other hand very agree with the statement. 5 respondents are not sure. Only 1 respondents not agree with the statement.
For the sixth question, we ask whether the respondents encounter or ever saw our ads in the social media. Majority of the respondents have seen the ads in social media which 50 of the respondents say yes. 13 respondents never seen the ads while, 8 respondents are not sure.
For the next question, majority of the respondents have seen the Facebook ads and Instagram ads of the Pasar Raya Ikhwan Kulim. 35 out of 71 respondents answer yes whereas 24 respondents never seen it. 22 respondents on the other hand are not sure.
Next we ask how the respondents describe the Facebook ads and Instagram ads of the Pasar Raya Ikhwan Kulim. Similar to question 5, we divide into 5 subs:
1) 45 of the respondents which are the majority describe the ads as entertaining. 11 of the respondents also very agree with the statement. 12 respondents on the other hand are not sure. 2 respondents not agree with the statement whereas only 1 respondents strongly disagree
2) As for the second statement, the ads are effective, most of the respondents agree (40 respondents whereas, 20 respondents very agree. The remaining 11 respondents are on the neutral side
3) Next, the ads have high attraction. More than half of the respondents (40 respondents) agree with the statement. While, 23 respondents very agree with the ads have high attraction. The remaining 9 respondents not sure with the statement
4) Most of the respondents (43 respondents) agree with the ads are informative whereas 21 of the respondents strongly agree. The remaining 7 respondents are not sure about the informative ads.
5) Finally, the ads are interesting. 46 respondents which more than half agree with the statement while 16 respondents very agree. 8 respondents on the other hand not sure about the statement and only 1 respondent not agree
