Joined the party at the road through the Forest by Dol Meronth, with his first adventure being to meet the elves and get medicine for Armin. He entered the city of Dol Meronth ahead of the rest of the party and on reuniting visited the Strange Bar. Ilbryn's Contact was later met, an unusual man that has given the party aid and information several times, with the first tip being that assassins were going after the Large Magic Lady. While successful in saving her, all present around the location thought he was another assassin. The Assassins' Guild was visited to find out more, where Ilbryn was almost caught in a trap laid out by a Mysterious Elf. The party reunited and survived the encounter with the stranger and the Elf's Dragon. To escape the assassins that they next faced they descended an old path far below the building and decided to take time at sea and see the Gnome Island. Ilbryn joined the party to pursue meeting elves to stop a cult, which led to he and Caleb seeing Armin's death. While unable to help Armin he was successful in saving Caleb from dying. When the cult closed in he refused to leave Caleb, causing both to be captured and taken to the Cult Base where they met Kaalidas and again encountered the Mysterious Elf. All teamed up to stop the cult from summoning something, with Ilbryn using some liquid to destroy a book and inserting some device in a pedestal at the request of the Mysterious Elf. After this he rested on returning to Dol Meronth, only becoming active again to rescue Caleb and Rourini.
