Mysterious Elf

He caught the party in a trap in which he singled out Ilbryn Eletaryl and claimed to have a complicated grudge against him that demanded he die. While he fought Ilbryn his small Elf's Dragon fought the party. He and his dragon fled. They met the party again at the Cult Base where he joined the party to escape prison and defeat the cultists before they could complete the ritual. He and his dragon parted with the party peacefully.
