The first step of this project was to create a gesture drawing on-site. This helped to establish which elements were to be kept and which were to be removed. 

The second step of this project was to use the gesture drawing as a reference and create a polished perspective drawing. This drawing was photocopied on pastel paper, which would be used for the final design. 

The third step of this project was to photocopy the perspective drawing and produce three 8" x 10" colour concepts. These concepts were drawn on three different coloured pastel papers, to establish the background mood for the overall drawing. 

The fourth step was to colour these concepts and experiment with different colour palettes. This helped to decide on the overall colour scheme and colour paper that would be used for the final design.
