The purpose of this series was to photograph and experiment with still life in a creative and unique manner. Two still elements, shells and plants, were combined to help establish the theme of this series. Each photograph represents a different food composition as follows: a snail appetizer, a garnished egg cracked in half, a seashell pasta in soup, and multiple carrots. These compositions made use of a reflective surface, making the concept of "seeing double" also present. These photos were taken with the help of a DSLR camera and polished with Adobe Lightroom.
