The Executive Council shall be composed of the following key positions: Chairperson, Internal Vice Chairperson, External Vice Chairperson, General Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. These officers collectively form the central leadership body responsible for steering the direction and initiatives of the Council.

The Executive Council holds significant powers, including the authority to legislate all Council-related policies and to determine the program of activities, which must receive approval from the Legislative Council. Additionally, it exercises overall supervision over the Constitutional Committees and is responsible for implementing and enforcing approved rules, regulations, and resolutions. The Council is also empowered to issue press statements or official positions when necessary and has the responsibility to hear and recommend actions regarding complaints filed against members of the Judicial Council.
