Glow Boxes - Minershop sells complete ready to use 365nm display boxes. I have never had one but I see people posting they really like theirs. They also sell just the lighting part so you can mount it yourself. Price seems to run from $230 to $400 depending on what you get and what size. Note they are all 365 nm.
