Dance Cards Events are into our 11th year of running freestyle events at the Engine Shed (and 14 years as dance event organisers).  Formerly known as the Sunday Supper Dance, our monthly freestyle has been renamed the Sunday Smooth Slot. We no longer provide a buffet but we hope to return to being one of the most popular smooth dance events in the Yorkshire region following relaxation of lockdown. 

We'll still play you the best of smooth dance tunes suited to West Coast Swing, Blues, slow tempo Modern Jive, and even a touch of Tango. 

Many of our dancers travel long distance to attend so we have brought our hours to the earlier start time of 4pm (until 8pm) from October through to March.  Summer hours from April to September will remain as 5pm until 9pm.
