The RCHD, with a land area of 76 hectares located at Lanise, Claveria, province of Misamis Oriental, is recognized as an agribusiness demonstration center responsible in conducting research and development activities with major emphasis on technology commercialization of various commodities. Mushroom fruiting bags are also produced and distributed. The RCHD also produces various seeds and planting materials of adlay, vegetables and legume seeds, anthurium suckers, open-pollinated corn seeds, sweet potato cuttings, coffee planting materials, seedlings of fruits trees.
