The topological reflection of economics in the intersectoral balance ensures the construction of a digital twin of economic interactions. At the same time, enterprises do not have an additional administrative or organizational burden, since electronic document flow occurs between them as usual. For 2023, the system covers more than 70% of the country's industrial and trade enterprises or more than 90% of all material flows. The further improvement of the Data Collection System in Russia consists in the mandatory inclusion of commodity item codes in the primary documents, as is carried out in Belarus and Kazakhstan, and the use of the information received for strategic planning.
