The open classifier of commodity nomenclature is formed by enterprises on the basis of state standards, technical conditions, industry standards and certificates of conformity on the portal of the department responsible for the development of classifiers in the country.

The process of forming a certificate of products, works, services is as automated as possible by assigning a code. The form has the possibility of adding an unlimited number of product characteristics. The item code is synchronized with the company data. The Open Classifier is based on the OKPD-2 Nomenclature with keys for automatic transition to the EAEU TN Foreign Economic Activity Nomenclature.
