In case your VICI Dialer does not ring, here's what to do:
On Zoiper , Go to "preferences" (ctrl + P)
Click the Unregister button, wait for 5 seconds, and then click Register. Wait for it until it says REGISTERED at the top right part.
Do the "LOLI" process (log out - log in) to your vici dial.
After logging in on VICI, your Zoiper should ring. That means your Zoiper and Vici dialer are SYNCED.
IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, THEN
Click the Remove Account button then click Yes
Click the Create Account button
Select "SIP", then click next.
You should be routed to "Credentials"
Make sure to use your own credentials!
Input your designated vici number to
"user/user @host."
Input your designated password.
Domain/outbound proxy is either:
192.168.110.140
192.168.110.141
192.168.110.142
Click "NEXT" followed by another "NEXT".
Wait for the confirmation:
"Your account has been added to account list." Then click CLOSE followed by Okay.
Do the LOLI process (log out - log in) to your vici dial.
After logging in on VICI, your Zoiper should ring. That means your Zoiper and Vici dialer are SYNCED.
IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, THEN
Go to the Audio tab
Click the Device tab beside the General tab
Click the dropdown to see if you have chosen a device for the inputs and outputs
If yes, make sure that it matches your current device
After that click OK
Do the LOLI process (log out - log in) to your vici dial.
After logging in on VICI, your Zoiper should ring. That means your audio device is synced to zoiper
