The major focus on unit zero was familiarizing students with course work expectations and material. It included learning how to properly cite sources as well evaluating them for accuracy and determining which sources are viable. We did this while researching and defining the different working parts of computer. There was a focus on hardware, software, fundamental networks as well as internet concepts.
The first few assignments of the unit were based around learning and displaying note taking skills. We completed a notebook setup and established expectations of the course.

This unit allowed me to immerse myself into the course and figure out my base skill level with computers. A big focus was on notes and I learned how to create headings and titles for my digital notes. I was also required to make a OneDrive folder to store any in class assignments for easy access.
