In this assignment I learned just how valuable access to an organization's page can be to both users and hackers. Once they are in, people do not hesitate to share information with someone who appears trustworthy.

Project Description

For this assignment, I looked for cybersecurity recent events that were reported by the news.

This World Economic Forum article explains that cyberattacks on US infrastructure like energy and water systems are increasing. This is mainly a targeted cyberattack issue involving hackers trying to disrupt important services. The people affected include US citizens, companies, and government systems that rely on these services. These attacks are often connected to global conflicts, making them more dangerous and organized. To protect against this, organizations can improve security systems, update software and train people to recognize cyber threats.
