Before starting Unit 0, I didn’t expect to gain much from it. However, I was surprised by how much I learned about navigating CCBC’s systems and recognizing the key role email plays in staying informed and connected.

Navigated Brightspace to find how the Interface communicates with the user.
With the help of ChatGPT, I came up with definitions of different topics and features that one comes across when using a computer and software.
Optimized my communicating through email by making a Signature File
Navigated and explored many more features of email and Outlook.

Paying attention to Brightspace and how it already tells me some things that I might be looking for. Brightspace helps me manage my tasks and how much I have completed or need to complete.
Through the use of AI to help me find the definitions, I learned many useful tips of how to properly use my email. For example, a carbon copy, a blind carbon copy, and a Signature File.
I also learned about rules. I created a rule which sent my unnecessary emails from submissions right to the trash, this was my favorite! (I hate spam)
