Project Description

For this project we explored global technology and digital divide in other countries.

Location Chosen

The two locations were Germany and Morocco. Germany is a highly developed country while Morocco is a developing country.

Interesting Facts

Morocco - Morocco is building a $1.2 billion AI data center near Casablanca aiming to become a major technology hub for Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Germany - Germany is a global leader in Industry 4.0 which using advanced automation and smart manufacturing systems that connect machines and data to improve efficiency.

Lesson Learned

During this project I realized how different access to technology can be for people living in different places. Things like income, education, and infrastructure make a difference in how easily people can use the internet. It also helped me get better at researching and using reliable sources instead of just picking random information. I improved my skills in MS Word and Powerpoint especially when It came to adding in text-citations and references. This project gave me a better understanding of how technology impact people's daily lives around the world.
