Unit Highlights

• Learned about Information Hierarchy and how it helps organize files and documents using folders, headings to keep things structured.

• Learned that the root folder is the main folder where all the other folder and files are stored.

• Learned the difference between a working file and a deliverable file.

• Learning that sharing means allowing others to access and edit your work. Exporting means changing the file format so it can be opened by different programs.

• Learned that an operating system is system software that runs the device. for Example: Windows, MacOS, Linux.

• Learned that open source software can be viewed and edited by anyone.

• Learned that font is the design or style of the text such as Arial, Times New Roman.

Lesson Learned

This unit helped be understand how to stay organized with files and documents which will make me more efficient. I also learned how to share files, format them properly by giving them a hiearchy.
