PromptSpy Android Malware Abuses Gemini AI to Automate Recent-Apps PersistenceĀ
This article informs us about a android malware attack that abuses Google Gemini. Google Gemini is something that I use at least twice a week, so it caught my interest. The malware engages with Google Gemini to gain remote access to its victim's device. According to Ravie, the malware is suggested to have originated in a Chinese-speaking environment, due to the language found within the malware. Many people were affected in Argentina, but this attack poses a risk to anyone. If your device seems to be under attack by this malware, it is advised to reboot into safe mode to remove it.
