Create a new ScratchJr project that tells a Knock Knock joke
Must include 2 characters telling & reacting to the joke
Make sure the characters are facing one another
Make sure the characters do not talk at the same time
Done?
Name and Save your current project
Optional: Create a screen recording of your project and add it to our ScratchJr Projects Padlet
After the joke finishes, have the both characters laugh
Have the character that originally said "Who's there?" start a new joke and tell that one, too
Add recordings of yourself reading the lines of the joke and have your characters both use the speech bubble and your recording to say the lines of the joke
How to use messaging (Video)
BootUp Animate a Joke (uses messaging to trigger the animation not to have a conversation)
